I’m Isaac. I’m currently studying, as well as working, trying to stay in shape, and before lockdown I had a decent social life. I’ve built up to this in recent years, and want to share my story.
My lowest point was at the end of 2018, the worst year I’ve had. I made the decision then to work to overcome the lows, and come back to higher highs. I’ve built strong habits, kicked bad ones, and want to share my experiences.
Self help is a powerful tool, but it always seems out of reach of most people, especially students. It has been difficult to figure out how to get it to work alongside uni and work, and I think I’ve got something good going.
I’ll be sharing what I’ve been through, what I’ve done, and hopefully do it in a way to inspire students to make changes and get the most out of their early twenties.
